Ellen and I have been married for almost two years. It was a second marriage for both of us. She has two grown children and I have three. The youngest is 17, stays primarily with his mother and is pretty independent. That gives Ellen and I plenty of alone time.
Before getting married, Ellen and I spent a good deal of time discussing what had gone wrong with our previous relationships.
The one thing in common was that both marriages had become vanilla bland and stale. We incorporated the words
Renee hung up the phone and leaned over the desk, cradling her head in her hand. The day at the office had been bad enough, and this was just the icing on the cake.
Somehow, the computer at the thrift store had picked up a virus. Without it, she couldn’t print tags, enter anything into inventory, scan it out when someone purchased something, or keep up with the government paperwork.
The weekend would be here in two days, and she had to send the volunteers home without getting anything
I don’t know why I never thought of this before. It’s really just so obvious.
I’m a very successful lawyer. My work is all involved with corporate litigation. I’ve made literally hundreds of millions of dollars. One reason that I’ve been so successful is that my work is my life. I enjoy it, I’m extremely diligent. I’ve remained a bachelor, on purpose. I truly love sex with females but I have no interest in giving my life over to someone else. It has
Looking back there were so many turning points in our lives but for me sexuality, and sex in general and its effect on our friendship and the different ways love developed became important in the autumn of the year we turned eighteen. I’m not talking about the “kids fooling about” stuff but the powerful sort that attracts and repels, the sort that drives you and changes your life forever.
Janey and I were now regulars at the gym. We had student passes which made it just about
We walked into the party and realized neither of us knew anyone. Both Lisa and I had decided we needed to get out more so when a friend of mine told me about this party we both thought it would be a way for us to meet new people.
It was in a ritzy section of town and we told the guy at the door that Phillip had told us to meet him here.
I think we could have used any name in the book and he would not have known. There we all kinds of people at the party. All races and all colors, old and young.
Frank and I have known each other for almost forty years. We married sisters and live a thousand miles apart and therefore getting together is a bit of a problem. We have managed to visit each other every summer and with Frank being sixty-eight and me seventy- two we kid a lot about all of the problems associated with growing old. but the years have treated us fairly kindly.
No serious health problems so far. Unlike many in-laws we get along great and look forward to our annual get togethers.

Lorri woke to a strange sensation. She was completely uncovered, which wasn’t that unusual. Her niece routinely stole all the blankets. The difference was that she felt the cool air on every inch of her skin. She never slept naked while at her sister’s place. She tried to reach down and feel what had happened and felt an icy shiver run up her spine. Her hands were tied to the bedpost above her. And it felt as though she was gagged as well.
Lorri opened her eyes and squinting against
Sitting out on the back deck I do not always hear the doorbell when it rings. I should probably fix that problem some day since I spend so much time out here enjoying the view and sun. Then again I do not get many unexpected guests.
I live on the outskirts of town on a large bluff. The back of my home faces the south towards the city and the view is spectacular.
The view was the main reason I choose this spot to build, that and it is quiet and peaceful without a neighbor within a mile. The
It was a beautiful Saturday night, a clear star lit sky with a full moon overlooking what seemed to be an ordinary neighborhood. As I drove through, its normalcy is what stuck me first, everything looked the same.
The houses were wonderfully kept, lawns were cut short and the spotless cars were parked up on driveways. Several of the houses had their lights on, others were engulfed in darkness.
I drove to the end of the street and turned a left, looking for house number 332. I reached the bottom
It was a dark, stormy night. The rain was coming down in moderate amounts but the unrelenting wind made it seem as if it were raining much harder. Lightning flashed brightly every few moments and a sharp crackling sound of thunder followed immediately. Car alarms went off due to the intensity of the storm, and the lights from the street lamps did little to brighten the dark neighborhood.
On this night, Jillian had promised to meet her mother for dinner, but the storm-watch warning issued by the
